VOUCHER USE

I acknowledge a purchased voucher is for my personal use only and is not for resale. Unless otherwise stated, one offer per day is permitted and is subject to restrictions imposed by the golf course. You must state you are using the Deal Caddie Voucher when booking for Tee Time. Each voucher subject to conditions listed and expiry dates that cannot be extended.

EMAIL USE

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMMUNICATING DEALS, RENEWAL INFORMATION AND OR UPGRADE AND COURSE ADDITION OPTIONS, THAT CANADA GOLF CARD LTD WILL EMAIL YOU PERIODICALLY AND WILL INCLUDE SPECIAL OFFERS AND TRANSACTION BASED EMAIL OPTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS YOU MAY CANCEL THE TRANSACTION OR REGISTRATION AND RECEIVE A REFUND AT POINT OF PURCHASE.

All materials, unless otherwise noted, including illustrations, e-cards, written material, designs, images, photographs, and all other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Canada Golf Card, with the exception of all swatch and swatch related items. The Site and all its Contents are intended solely for personal and non-commercial use.

The Site and all its Contents may not be copied, modified, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way, without prior written consent of Canada Golf Card Ltd.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, CONTEST ENTRIES AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

You agree that Canada Golf Card (1) will not be required to treat any Submissions as confidential (2) will not be liable, without limitation, for any ideas for its business and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in Canada Golf Card operations as a result of those ideas (3) is not obligated to respond to any user comments (4) will not provide any compensation for any Comments.

You agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will violate any right of any third party including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s), nor shall it contain any libelous, unlawful, abusive or obscene material. This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Province of Alberta, Canada without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site.
